HIV Prevention and Clinical Services
At Amandla, we embed culturally responsive clinical services into the daily lives of the communities that have historically been last in line for optimal care. We know that we can bring an end to the HIV epidemic, beat the STI crisis, reduce teenage pregnancy and stop TB by centering youth friendly services within the community. That is exactly why we have integrated biomedical clinical care into our holistic, community-centred services, which have the youth at the heart of their operations.
Outreach and education
During demand creation youth are offered health information as well as informative educational and  communication (IEC) material with information on HIV prevention (condom use, PrEP, PEP, STI’s, knowing one’s rights, and more)

The health care services are aimed at reducing the impact of communicable diseases like HIV, sexually transmitted infections, and tuberculosis and the reduction of teenage pregnancy.
